Only the demolition cost needs to be added to the tender price. Owners should be aware of any company offering this as a ‘special type of service’ as it really isn’t special at all.
Nvirobuild can build from any plans, from Architect, Draftsman or Building Designer. We have no restrictions on the type of materials used. Materials can be sourced from any supplier whether bricks come from Brikmakers, Austral or Midland Bricks. Windows from Jason Windows, Stegbar or Dowell. Roof tiles from Concrete to Terracotta or colorbond, owners have a choice. We even allow owners to supply non-structural materials directly if required, such as, bathroom fittings, ceramic tiles, cooking appliances, etc
If you would like a greener smart home, special design features can be added to a design, such as, disabled access, internal sprinkler system for bush fire areas, double glazing, under floor heating, in-slab underfloor heating for exposed concrete, Cavity insulation, Solar Panels, etc.
